S’international group currently employs more than 80 people in our offices in Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, Zhuhai, Bangkok and Tokyo. We have offered total service that covers the entire design and building process in more than 55 countries, including early feasibility and site selection studies, budget estimation, concept design, detailed design and contract documentation, as well as construction supervision and post occupation review. This has been performed in more than 55 countries.

Sustainable design generates value for our clients, satisfy its users and benefits the environment. RBA and its sister companies, S’pace of Paris and AMA of Shanghai are leaders of sustainable design in their respective countries. RBA and its sister companies follow the Blue Method, developed by S’pace, to implement all concern for an eco friendly building. At RBA, sustainable design is a fundamental thinking in a world where sustainability is slowly becoming the norm.
Urban Design
Sustainable Urban development impacts the global economic layout, political system and human development.
RBA works globally on a range of projects, from new urban developments to suburban centers, campuses, and communities. Our planning projects are heavily influenced by European planning system - achieving performance, contextual design, and most importantly - improving the lives of people. Sustainability is an important focus - We prize the respect of environment, each of our projects are thoroughly adapted according to natural and cultural local patterns, addressing the needs of the local context, as well as creating new opportunities. The Urban Planning unit operates in a fact finding, analytical role at the feasibility and conceptual design stages of all SIA projects and assists directly in the interpretation and assessment of development opportunities and constraints for a diverse range of projects and development types.
Landscape Architecture
Landscape Architecture is a specialist division within our group that provides expert advice in the fields of landscape assessment, urban and landscape design. S’international group has completed commissions including tourist facilities, medium density housing developments, large CBD city beautification project, visual studies, rural residential and prestigious domestic projects. Landscape Architects retains commissions across the full range of feasibility to construction phases.
The group has contributed to a number of environmental studies and master planning projects with an emphasis on visual assessment and physical planning. Landscape Architects has also led site planning teams for several major projects within France and China area ands is experienced in multi-disciplined team projects. The broad scale planning capabilities of the group are complemented by a strong commitment to urban design and quality control of site development.
Conservation Capability
The city cannot grow infinitely and must be built within the city. Conservation is a major way of keeping memory of the old with the most updated feature. There is a growing awareness in the community of the need to preserve the remnants of our rich cultural heritage in a manner, which ensures its on-going survival without detracting from its significance. There is also an increasing appreciation of the fact that conservation and economic re-use are not incompatible, but can be mutually supportive and at times essential for the viable use of a site and the survival of a building.
The Conservation Unit operates as a section of the Group and offers a range of services, from the strict and faithful conservation of a structure in accordance with the Burra Charter, English Heritage, or following instructions of the French architects Batiment de France. To adaptive re-use in a manner, which serves the new, use effectively whilst maintaining and enhancing the essential characteristics of the structure. Our services include: conservation plans, building audits and ordinance assessments, feasibility studies, design, documentation and contract administration and advice during construction.
