コンセプト: 新型都市形態を創造しています。珠江水域システムの価値を再現できるだけではなく、新時代の農業と工業を配慮したうえで、土地配置を設計しました。リニアシティーと多中心都市を融合した形態になります。都市人口、公共施設とオフィスビルは、インフラに沿って高度に集中します。それによって、珠江デルタにおける低密度の自然空間は、多辺形の中空部分に沿って自由に発展して延長します。
