We live, we show, we work, we learn, we play:

It is in this quintuple project strategy we propose an entirely new programming to develop the site which is entrusted to us in Pudong in the Disney area. There are very few areas of the economy which can claim to concurrently satisfy these five vectors.

Art, fashion, and culture can claim it, but the first two are congested and saturated and the third needs to be subsidized to exist. Our idea is to propose a concept both cultural and innovative which does not exist in China, and is potentially able to thrive at first in Shanghai, then take the lead to create a network of developments in at least a dozen regional capitals and also connect to the world and to other culinary cultures: it is to create that which provisionally would be appointed as the Central Chinese Restaurant.
