コンセプト: 時間はこの町で止まらず、道路はますます「都市の舞台」に変革しています。この設計は、時間と空間の要求を満足することができます。活力に満ちた都市空間において、時間軸が延長され、生活リズムが遅くなっています。道路、駐車場、公園と歩道の配置は、同じ場所でそれぞれの現代都市の機能を実現することができます。
