It is a highly specific and fragile environment that plays an important regulatory role, sheltering considerable biodiversity and a number of agricultural uses. The environment participates in providing an ancestral ecological balance based on agricultural and fish farming activities. The challenge faced by the study was to find ways in which to extend the town and provide accommodation along the river banks without destroying the existing environment. The solution had to take into consideration two important questions: how to use the capacities of the built-up space to absorb the devastating effects of a rare severe storm on the urban environment? And how to link the historical town to the new town while respecting the fracture line represented by the river.

コンセプト:川沿い地域では、生態資源が豊富だが、極めて脆弱という独特な地質条件があります。多階層な景観には河床沿岸の部分を含むだけではなく、内陸に延長しています。生物多様性と各種の農業生産が互いに依存している特徴は、極めて明確であり、ローカルの農業生産と漁業生産とに、緊密に結び付けえています。新町と古い町を繋げて、現場の自然風景に融合させ、景観地内の橋梁が経済、交通、文化に役立つようにしました。
