Songzhuang Town`s residence pattern is constituted by traditional residential alley. artists desire to have a quiet rural scenery like Songzhuang , traditional houses of privacy, adequate space and low rents increase the attraction. Based Songzhuang`s characteristics, we break the pattern of nowaday`s urbanization - build a new city from empty, retaining villages in good quality, in accordance with some new buildings in order to add some modern elements.

コンセプト: 宗庄鎮は、伝統的な住宅と小路から構成されています。ここは静かな田園風景があるほかに、伝統的な住宅がプライバシーを厳しく守ることができ、スペースが大きく、賃金が安いという特徴があるため、芸術家にとって非常に魅力があります。我々は宗庄の特色に基づき、平地で新都市を作るという現代的な都市化モードを突破し、建築品質が良い村を保留し、一部の新建築物に現代元素を融合します。
